i spoke with paypal and they say to contact walmart but there doesn’t seem to be any place on their website to contact them ahout this. any suggestions?

Has anyone received there $20 yet into there paypal account from the promotion that walmart was running back in Dec. I have not so I was wondering if anyone else did. Please advise. Thank you!

The fine print says that you can only use this offer once.  The cash back will be deposited into your PayPal account by January 15, 2009.  This deal expires on 12/15/08.
